About the English Degree Program

On Campus

While pursuing an English degree, you will examine the deepest roots of language and note its features, characteristics, and changes throughout time. You will study the context and content of written and oral works such as pieces of prose and poetry, commentaries and speeches, and plays and films, discovering truths and commonalities within those eras. This program is ideal for students who enjoy literature, writing, and learning through spirited discussions.

English majors are able to organize thoughts and ideas and present them in a clear and effective way, making the degree highly valuable in professional settings. 体育菠菜大平台 English graduates have gone on to become teachers, writers, editors, and scholars, while others have entered careers in business, law, medicine, government, and the arts.
